A big thank you to Tracy, you displayed great customer focus and service. Tracy went the extra mile and out of her way to nurse my cockatiel, SKY. was weak, not eating, etc. Tracy took my bird in her care on Saturday. I received a message/video on Monday that Sky was doing fine.
My daughter was heartbroken to hear that her bird was sick when she returned from her holiday. I promised her the SKY was in good hands and will be home soon.
On Thursday I picked SKY up from Durban pets and Aquarium, fit and full of joy.

Such great service and a MUCH wider range of products than any pet store in Durban (including supplements and food)! Great quality products, very knowledgeable staff, and good prices too.
